【Summary】
The Category Management PM is responsible for the strategic oversight of product categories within the IoTMart global platform. This role integrates category growth, pricing strategies, and global fulfillment operations. The candidate will utilize robust project management methodologies to optimize business operations, enhance supply chain resilience (including inventory and DDP rollout), and drive end-to-end (E2E) customer experience improvements.
【Responsibilities of the Role 】
- Product Selection & Pricing: Develop and execute selection strategies aligned with global business objectives; formulate competitive pricing models to maximize revenue and market positioning.
- Item Extension Strategy: Drive business-driven item extension plans, including Bundle Sell and Configurable Product configurations to increase Average Order Value (AOV).
- GTM Optimization: Create and implement product selection guides to streamline the customer sales journey and improve conversion rates.
- Inventory Planning: Lead strategic inventory planning and collaborate with regional warehouses to ensure supply stability and resilience across global stations.
- Fulfillment Excellence: Oversee global fulfillment operations, specifically managing the Strategic DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) roll-out or cross-docking project to enhance regional development and delivery efficiency.
- E2E Experience Enhancement: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the end-to-end fulfillment process to elevate the procurement experience for Channel Partners and customers.
- Process Optimization: Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions to optimize order management and platform workflows.
- Project Execution: Translate strategic visions into concrete Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and action plans; ensure all optimization projects are delivered on schedule and meet KPI targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between Product Divisions (PD), regional stations, and logistics partners to ensure strategic alignment.
【Requirements 】
Professional Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in either Product Management (PM), Product Marketing, Category Management, Business Development, preferably within the IPC (Industrial PC)/AIoT/Communications or IT brand sectors
- Proven track record in managing product lifecycles, pricing, or e-commerce operations.

- Tools: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and AI productivity tools(ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude); familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
