We are building an AI-native consultancy with three key capabilities: Strategy & Innovation,
Product Management (Combined team), and Product Design. Our model is deliberately integrated—strategy informs what products to build, product management ensures we build the right things, and design ensures we build them right.
We work with leading organisations across banking, healthcare, hospitality, public sector, and
technology—including DBS, Prudential, UOB, OCBC, GlaxoSmithKline, Ministry of Health,
Frasers Hospitality to name a few.

The Role
This is a unique leadership role that spans two of PSYKHE's core capabilities: Strategy &
Innovation and Product Management. You will lead engagements that connect strategic
insight to product execution, develop consultants across both disciplines, and build integrated
ways of working that are central to our differentiation.
On the strategy side, you will work on business model innovation, market entry, AI strategy,
organisational transformation, and foresight. On the product side, you will shape product
vision, define roadmaps, drive go-to-market strategy, and ensure products deliver genuine
value.
Often, you will do both on the same engagement—taking a client from strategic insight
through to product reality.
This role is ideal for someone who refuses to accept the false divide between strategy and
execution—who believes the best strategies are shaped by product thinking, and the best
products are grounded in strategic clarity.
What you'll do
Lead integrated Engagements
• Own end-to-end delivery of engagements spanning strategy through product
execution
• Structure complex problems—knowing when to apply strategic frameworks vs.
product thinking
• Translate strategic insights into product vision, roadmaps, and prioritisation decisions
• Manage client relationships at senior levels across business and product functions
• Collaborate with Product Design to ensure strategy and product work connects to
user experience
• Navigate the intersection of business stakeholders, product teams, and technical
constraints
Develop Cross Functional Teams
• Lead and coach consultants across Strategy & Innovation and Product Management
• Build T-shaped practitioners who can work across disciplines while developing deep
expertise
• Create stretch opportunities that expose team members to both strategic and product
challenges
• Foster collaboration between strategists and product managers—breaking down silos
• Build an inclusive team culture where diverse perspectives strengthen our work
Collaboration & Communication
• Shape methodologies that connect strategic insight to product execution
• Develop intellectual capital—futures thinking, frameworks for strategy-to-product
translation, product-led growth, AI product strategy
• Contribute to business development—identifying opportunities that leverage our
integrated model
• Establish rituals that build capability across both practices
• Represent PSYKHE's integrated approach through thought leadership and market
presence
What we are looking for
• 10 years of combined experience across strategy consulting and product management
• Background that includes strategy consulting (MBB, Big 4, boutique) and product management with strategic depth
• Track record of leading complex engagements or products from concept through
delivery
• Experience developing and coaching team members across disciplines
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas: business model innovation, product
strategy, AI/digital products, go-to-market, or platform strategy
• Deep understanding of APAC markets and business contexts
