We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that the organization receives the best possible value for its purchases.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important procurement data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to procurement.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-12 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
