Job Summary

Join the APAC Procurement team of a leading global bank and gain regional exposure in supplier management and procurement operations. You'll support supplier onboarding and data management, working closely with procurement, finance, and business teams across the region. A great opportunity for entry-level and early-career professionals looking to build experience in procurement, vendor management, or banking operations!

Mandatory Skill-set

Bachelor's degree in Finance / Business, or any related field;
03 years of experience; internships or academic projects related to banking, procurement, vendor management, finance, or operations are welcome;
Proficient using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and willingness to learn;
Good communication skills (written and verbal);
Able to manage tasks independently and work with multiple stakeholders.

Desired Skill-set

Familiarity with procurement tools or supplier onboarding processes;
Experience in a regional or multinational environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the creation and maintenance of supplier records by coordinating with buyers, business teams, and suppliers;
Work with Finance to reconcile supplier data and ensure accuracy;
Assist the APAC Procurement team with procurement operations, report preparation, and dashboard updates;
Track and publish monthly summaries of supplier-related requests;
Respond to queries from stakeholders regarding supplier setup and system status;
Help prepare ad-hoc reports, KPI updates, and monthly management decks;
Escalate system issues when needed and follow up with HQ;
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to simplify and enhance processes.
