Manage IT services and application, and equipment purchase, and collaborate with supervisors to support purchases for IT equipment and IT services, ensuring best value for the Authority
Act as a key point of contact for users providing timely and informative responses to enquiries about procurement status and process, fostering a positive user experience
Conduct market research, sourcing activities and negotiation for general purchases. Analyze findings to guide informed decision making and optimize procurement strategies
Execute Request for Quotation (RFQ) / Tender process and prepare purchase orders or contract award to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards
Prepare and maintain standard procurement documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring transparency and accountability in all transactions
Provide essential administrative support to procurement operations including generating reports and managing records of procurement correspondences to ensure operational efficiency
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned with flexibility and proactive approach to support procurement team's objectives.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration, Procurement, IT, Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines
Minimum 1 year's relevant procurement experience
Experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, e.g. Oracle Financial / Procurement system is preferred
Experience in using MS office, excel and PowerPoint is preferred
Good analytic skill, communication and negotiation skills with positive attitude
Organize and able to work independently to prioritize works, and a good team player
High level of integrity and sense of accountability
Experience in WTO GPA tender would be an advantage
Good spoken and written English and Chinese and proficiency in Putonghua
