What you'll be doing:
We are looking for an innovative Procurement Manager to lead our procurement operations in Taiwan. You will spearhead the purchasing process—from supplier selection to stock optimization—while providing expert guidance on sourcing and procurement strategies. Working closely with the Taiwan General Manager, Finance Manager, Regional Procurement Team, and Regional General Manager, you will ensure that all goods and services are procured cost-effectively, in full compliance with company policies, and with uncompromised quality control.

- 採購策略制定 – 制定創新且具成本效益的採購策略,以支持台灣業務的營運與增長目標Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective to support Taiwan's operational and growth objectives.
- 供應商開發與管理 – 開發並維持與可靠供應商及合作夥伴的長期合作關係,定期進行績效評估。 Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors, while building and maintaining long-term partnerships with regular performance evaluations.
- 合約與招標管理 – 主導合約審查、招標管理及條款談判,確保採購條件最優化。審閱現有合約以確保其持續可行性。Overseeing contract and tender management, negotiating with suppliers to secure advantageous terms, and reviewing existing contracts to ensure ongoing feasibility
- 採購訂單與交貨管理 – 審核採購訂單,組織並確認貨物及服務的準時交付,確保庫存水平符合營運需求。Approving purchase orders, organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet operational needs.
- 風險評估與合規 – 對潛在合約與協議執行風險評估,確保所有採購活動符合公司政策及當地法規。 Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements and ensuring full compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- 預算控制與成本節省 – 管控採購預算,推動長期成本節省文化,並針對台灣業務推動具體的成本節約與優化措施。 Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term cost savings, while driving specific cost mitigation initiatives for the Taiwan business.
- 採購系統管理 – 管理並優化採購與供應鏈資訊系統(如 Check SCM 等),追蹤貨運、庫存及商品供應狀態。 Overseeing and managing procurement IT systems (e.g., Check SCM) to track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
- 報告與數據分析 – 定期產出採購報告(含成本分析、供應商績效、節省成效),為管理層決策提供數據支持。Preparing regular procurement reports covering cost analysis, supplier performance, and savings achievements to support management decision-making.
- 日常採購審批 – 每日審核各部門請購單(含營運費用 OPEX、資本支出 CAPEX 及管理費用 Overhead),確保合理性與必要性。Daily approval of purchase requisitions (including OPEX, CAPEX, and Overhead) to ensure justification and necessity.
About you:
任職要求
- 學歷:供應鏈管理、物流、工商管理或相關領域之學士學位。Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 經歷:具備 5 年以上供應鏈營運或採購管理相關經驗,其中至少 2 年主管職經驗。有酒店、餐飲、航空服務或零售業背景者尤佳。Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations or procurement management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role. Experience in hospitality, F&B, aviation services, or retail is highly preferred.
- 系統技能:熟悉採購管理系統(如 Check SCM)及 ERP 系統;精通 Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、Outlook、Access)。 Experience using supply chain management software (e.g., Check SCM) and ERP systems; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
- 專業知識:具備合約審閱、發票處理、談判策略之深厚知識,熟悉台灣採購與進出口相關法規。 In-depth knowledge of contract review, invoicing, and negotiation terms, with a solid understanding of Taiwan's procurement and import/export regulations.
- 核心能力:優秀的管理與領導能力;出色的組織力、多工處理及時間管理能力;高度細心與責任感。 Strong management and leadership skills; excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities; highly detail-oriented and accountable.
- 分析能力:具備卓越的分析與問題解決能力,能以數據驅動決策。 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- 語文能力:流利的中文(普通話)及工作水準之英語(需閱讀英文合約及與區域團隊溝通)。Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and professional working proficiency in English (able to read English contracts and communicate with regional teams).
