What you'll do

• Make an impact by developing sourcing strategies partnering with global / regional teams
• Contribute to deliver bottom line/top line results by managing own spend / projects
• Formulate and lead negotiation strategies across supplier base on commercial agreements and mitigate risks
• Continuously identify strategic sourcing opportunities and deliver sustainable saving pipeline
• Drive the digitalization agenda by utilizing digital tools & supporting the introduction of new solutions to efficiently generate a high impact
• Define and manage supplier portfolios and strategic supplier relationships
• Shape your own career with global & regional opportunities in training, job rotation, and development programs within Henkel

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of sourcing /procurement experience, ideally in raw material / chemical/ tail spend / distribution management.
• Able to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to create and lead the implementation of sourcing strategies
• Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Affinity for data analytics, ability to handle a high level of complexity & ready to simplify it
• Willingness for job rotation into different categories of sourcing at a later point in time
• Chemical industry background is a plus.
