Job Title: Procurement Digitalization Solution Expert

Department: Procurement Digitalization Organization

Reports To: Director of Procurement Digitalization

Location: Taiwan Taipei Office

Job Description

  • Procurement Process Optimization Digital Solution Design
  • Analyze end-to-end procurement processes (e.g., sourcing, supplier management, contract management, P2P) to identify automation, AI, and digital transformation opportunities.
  • Lead business requirement gathering, ROI analysis (Biz Case Sizing), and solution design, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Define system architecture, data flows, and UI/UX prototypes, collaborating with IT teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • AI Automation Use Case Development
  • Identify and prioritize AI-driven procurement use cases (e.g., smart supplier matching, automated negotiations, risk prediction, NLP-based contract analysis).
  • Ensure data readiness (cleansing, modeling, integration) and oversee PoC (Proof of Concept) execution.
  • Project Leadership User Adoption
  • Manage cross-functional teams (business, IT, data, vendors) to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Develop training programs, monitor post-launch performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Industry Trends Innovation
  • Research emerging procurement technologies (e.g., S2P platforms, RPA, GenAI) and propose innovative pilots.

Job Requirements

  • Background
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in either:
  • Procurement/Supply Chain Operations with hands-on digital project leadership (e.g., e-procurement, supplier portals);
  • Digital Product Management/Solution Consulting, with implementation experience in procurement systems
  • Digital Expertise
  • Proficient in process optimization frameworks and translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/RPA/automation tools and ability to draft PRDs, workflows, and wireframes.
  • Basic data literacy to collaborate with data teams effectively.
  • Project Management Soft Skills
  • Led supply chain digitalization projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to bridge business and IT.
  • Fluent English (for global collaboration) is a must.
