Building and nurturing strong, strategic partnerships with our (key) suppliers Communication & negotiation: local point of contact between our organisation and assigned (key) suppliers
Assist in regular supplier audits (compliance, contractual obligations/agreements, ethical practices, supplier accountability and performance)
Assist with negotiate supplier agreements (keeping in mind cost and quality), monitor the contract performance and identify opportunities for renegotiation and improvement
Proactively identify and resolve supplier-related issues, minimizing disruptions, collaborating cross functional and globally
Stay up to date with industry trends, introduce innovative supplier practices, reduce complexity, maintain the supplier data in a globally consistent way throughout the systems etc.
Assist as needed and have a positive and open line of communication with other affiliate companies
Sourcing, evaluate opportunities, assist in identifying the most suitable supplier, RFQ, create purchase requisitions & sample orders
Analyzing data and reporting to management. Passing and requesting information to/from colleagues involved in the procurement process so that all stakeholders are always informed and take the necessary actions.
