1. Participate in new product development and design demonstration, lead product manufacturing feasibility review, propose feasibility requirements and plans 2. Responsible for the process plan development, process parameter formulation and optimization, and responsibility for new projects Evaluation and implementation of process design changes, development and introduction of line equipment, tooling accessories 3. Identify potential failure modes and risk analysis of the process, and reduce the probability of risk occurrence and management through review and countermeasure monitoring and implementation Outflow risk 4. Analysis and improvement of process problems during trial production and mass production of new products, responsible for the maintenance of process routes, improvement of production line yield and efficiency, and reduction of scrap rates 5. Responsible for process Compilation and management of documents, undertaking process projects and output of process data/reports, and guiding production line operations, implementation and training
Job requirements:
< li>1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in stamping or mold processing 2. Engaged in stamping process-related work for more than 2 years 3. Familiar with ISO9001, QC080000, ROHS and other standard requirements 3. Master and skillfully use quality tools in corresponding business fields, such as FMEA/QC engineering drawings/characteristic factor diagrams/SPC and other quality tools
