Process Manager - Waste Treatment

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and evaluate facility processes, suggesting adjustments or optimizations to improve operational performance.
• Partner with the operations team to implement enhancements that boost efficiency and reduce operational costs while meeting production goals.
• Manage and mentor laboratory staff and process engineers, focusing on their development, performance assessments, and effective resource distribution to fulfill laboratory needs.
• Conduct regular analysis of production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess efficiency and identify emerging trends.
• Spearhead initiatives for process enhancements, technological advancements, and capacity expansion.
• Create and maintain channels to promote the valorization of compost and soil conditioner.
• Generate technical reports for internal stakeholders and joint venture partners.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Engineering, Environmental Science, or relevant disciplines.
• 6 years solid experience in the fields of anaerobic digestion, wastewater treatment, and composting.
• Effective leadership skills to inspire and coach team members.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
