Process Integration Technical Manager

Job Contents:

1.New BCD technology development and mainstream BCD technology transfer. Familiar with BCD and Power would be plus.

2.Have cross-team communication skills and be able to independently think and propose solutions to project issue (process weaknesses, instabilities, marginalities), having the vision to plan and control project progress.

3.Familiar with the experience of working with foundry to develop new module and solve process issue.

4.Self-motivated, responsible work attitude, willing to deal with difficult things, and adhere to correct principles.

5.Co-work with RTK designer, product and IP team for products qualification, IP characterization, low yield trouble shooting and let products be introduced into mass production.

6.This position requires frequent business trips to China to assist from pilot production to mass production, ensuring product quality and process stability.

Requirements:

1.12+ yrs. experience in Semiconductor industry as a process/product/device engineer and/or a foundry interface engineer. Experience in dealing with foundries on various process technologies is a must.

2.Able to handle projects and strategic activities independently and execute them successfully.

3.Familiar with BCD and Power would be plus.

4.Individual has experience on automotive product maintenance and customer audit is a plus. 5.Good written and verbal communication skills along with well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills.

6.This Job requires frequent overseas business trips.
