Job Responsibilities: Handle quality issues work with PQE, HVM team driving quality issues to root cause, corrective actions and improvement. Coordinate with cross function to make sure ECN trial run go smoothly. Be involved in problem analysis and problem-solving real time to drive corrective actions and verify effective implementation on critical product parameters. Track quality performance and drive the quality level to meet goals Work with PQE to resolve customer issues thru root cause, corrective actions implementation and effective closure. Constantly use or apply statistical techniques in data analysis during troubleshooting or problem solving. Job Qualifications: Master's degree major in Engineering. 5 years experience in Semi-conductor. Good command of English. Familiar with Lean Six Sigma and SPC methodologies. Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred. Highly accountable and positive personality. Good team work and communication skill.
