This exciting role offers opportunity to:
Responsible for designing and introducing process flows for new products, ensuring smooth pilot runs and mass production.
- Transfer developed process technologies to mass production; prepare SOP, FMEA, and related documentation.
- Act as Lot Owner to handle unexpected production issues promptly; perform failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with process, equipment, quality teams, and customers to drive project progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Above 3 years experience.
- Good communcation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good at MS Office.
- Poactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- Builds effective collaboration across teams to achieve common goals.
- Able to work under pressure and eager to learn.
- Highly initiative-driven with flexibility to adapt quickly in a matrix organization.
- Works effectively with cross-functional teams to meet targets within tight timelines.
