Job Description

We are looking for an Industrial Engineering professional who will work closely with manufacturing sites to transform hands-on operational experience into scalable, standardized, and exportable process solutions. The role is deeply involved in recycled plastics and Material Recovery Facility (MRF) operations, with a strong focus on process optimization. Over time, this position will help convert proven operational practices into structured process models, modular solutions, and service offerings for overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in on-site process improvement projects for recycled plastics and MRF operations, including production line layout, workforce and equipment efficiency, and sorting yield and throughput.

Analyze operational data and implement practical, data-driven improvement initiatives.

Develop, optimize, and document SOPs, standardized workflows, and modular process frameworks.

Translate on-site operational experience into replicable process structures and client-facing documentation.

Support overseas projects and clients through technical communication and solution presentations.

Collaborate with internal teams to productize process improvement capabilities and support international expansion.

Qualifications

Background in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Strong interest or experience in manufacturing operations and process improvement.

Willingness to work in industrial and on-site environments.

Strong analytical skills and good English communication abilities.

Preferred experience in recycling, plastics, MRF operations, Lean, Kaizen, continuous improvement, consulting, or project-based roles.
