- You will lead transformation by driving productivity and operational excellence across plants and business functions

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role or capacity
- You are certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
- You bring strong expertise in process excellence, productivity improvement, and operational performance
- You are highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into impactful insights and actions
- You demonstrate strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills across functions
- You are results-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement and innovation
- You communicate effectively and influence teams to achieve sustainable business outcomes
- You champion safety, quality, and excellence in all aspects of work
