• 進行故障排除及工藝改進,以提高生產良率
• 開展新產品轉移評估
• 開展新原材料評估
• 主導樣品工程試驗
• 支持持續改進活動

任職資格

• 教育背景
• 本科及以上學歷,化學工程或化學專業
• 工作經驗
• 至少 2 年 PCB/CCL 行業經驗(優先考慮)
• 至少 4 年任何行業的工程部門工作經驗

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Implement tasks according to all management systems
• Maintain the process SOP documents
• Trouble-shooting& process improvement to increase the production yield
• Conduct the evaluation of new product transfer
• Conduct the evaluation of new raw materials
• Lead the samples ENG trial
• Support Continuous Improvement activities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor or above, major in chemical engineering or chemistry
