Role Description This full-time, on-site Process Engineer role is based in Taoyuan District and focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes within an automotive production environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing current production workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process changes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. The role involves developing and maintaining process documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production, maintenance, and quality, and supporting the introduction of new products or technologies. The Process Engineer will monitor key performance indicators, troubleshoot process issues, and ensure adherence to industry standards and company guidelines. This position also contributes to cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the facility.

Qualifications
- Strong process engineering knowledge, including workflow analysis, process design, and optimization within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Experience with quality assurance and control methods, such as root cause analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Ability to work with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment or process issues and support stable, efficient operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and use of engineering or productivity tools (e.g., Excel, statistical software, basic CAD or process mapping tools).
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to document processes clearly and present findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, environmental standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work on-site in Taoyuan District and adapt to a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry or component manufacturing is an advantage.
