We are looking for experienced Banking professionals to join our Full-Fledged Ecosystem as a Private Wealth Director (PWD). This is not a cold-calling role. This is a career shift that retains your financial stability while unlocking a wider, independent advisory platform.

About the Role

Are you a Private Banker or Investment RM feeling constrained by rigid bank product shelves, aggressive cross-selling quotas, or the administrative drag of a large institution Do you have high-net-worth clients who need sophisticated solutions in Bonds, Unit Trusts, Structured Notes, and cross-border Insurance—yet you lack the flexibility to execute them efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Fixed Income & Investment Management: Construct and manage client portfolios utilizing Corporate and Government Bonds, Unit Trusts (UTs), and complex Structured Notes (including principal-protected and yield-enhancement strategies).
  • Advanced Insurance Structuring: Lead the advisory and placement of Universal Life (UL) policies (e.g., Indexed UL, Guaranteed UL) for cross-border clients seeking legacy planning, wealth transfer, and asset protection.
  • Portfolio Rebalancing: Transition clients away from banking-only solutions to a multi-provider environment, leveraging advanced analytics tools to find better yields and lower expense ratios.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage Tier-1 relationships with an emphasis on work-life balance—moving away from pager-duty banking hours to structured advisory sessions.

Qualifications

  • Proven Banking Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a Singapore-based Bank (Private Bank, Premier Banking, or Investment arm).
  • Technical Product Mastery: Deep understanding of Bonds (credit analysis, pricing, duration).
  • Hands-on experience with Structured Notes (autocallables, reverse convertibles, fixed coupon notes).
  • Management of Unit Trusts (fund selection, switching strategies, DCA).
  • Mandatory expertise in Universal Life (UL) (understanding of policy mechanics, premium financing, and trust structures for HNW UHNW clients).
  • Licensing: Relevant CMFAS modules (M5, M6, M8, M9, HI) or the ability to attain them immediately.
  • Regulatory Standing: Must have a clean track record with MAS and current or past employers.

Required Skills

  • Universal Life experts. You know cross-border regulations and need a platform that supports complex underwriting.

Preferred Skills

  • Stable but stuck. You have a book of business but limited product diversity.
  • Paperwork overload. You want to spend less time on ops and more on advising.
  • Product-rich but restricted. You want to sell bonds AND structured notes AND UL without internal conflict.

Pay range and compensation package

  • Monthly Salary + CPF Contribution: Retain the stability of a monthly base salary and full CPF contributions while you transition.
  • Attractive Performance Incentives: Higher payout grids than standard banks. You keep more of what you earn.
  • Work-Life Balance: No more 8pm compliance reviews or Saturday client events. Focus on quality advice, not transaction volume.
  • Advanced Tools & Platforms: Access to bond market feeds, structured note inventory (primary & secondary), and UL illustration software that integrates with trust partners.
  • CSR Programs & Staff Benefits: Because wealth management should include giving back and taking care of your own health.
