We are looking for experienced Banking professionals to join our Full-Fledged Ecosystem as a Private Wealth Director (PWD). This is not a cold-calling role. This is a career shift that retains your financial stability while unlocking a wider, independent advisory platform.
About the Role
Are you a Private Banker or Investment RM feeling constrained by rigid bank product shelves, aggressive cross-selling quotas, or the administrative drag of a large institution Do you have high-net-worth clients who need sophisticated solutions in Bonds, Unit Trusts, Structured Notes, and cross-border Insurance—yet you lack the flexibility to execute them efficiently
Responsibilities
- Fixed Income & Investment Management: Construct and manage client portfolios utilizing Corporate and Government Bonds, Unit Trusts (UTs), and complex Structured Notes (including principal-protected and yield-enhancement strategies).
- Advanced Insurance Structuring: Lead the advisory and placement of Universal Life (UL) policies (e.g., Indexed UL, Guaranteed UL) for cross-border clients seeking legacy planning, wealth transfer, and asset protection.
- Portfolio Rebalancing: Transition clients away from banking-only solutions to a multi-provider environment, leveraging advanced analytics tools to find better yields and lower expense ratios.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage Tier-1 relationships with an emphasis on work-life balance—moving away from pager-duty banking hours to structured advisory sessions.
Qualifications
- Proven Banking Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a Singapore-based Bank (Private Bank, Premier Banking, or Investment arm).
- Technical Product Mastery: Deep understanding of Bonds (credit analysis, pricing, duration).
- Hands-on experience with Structured Notes (autocallables, reverse convertibles, fixed coupon notes).
- Management of Unit Trusts (fund selection, switching strategies, DCA).
- Mandatory expertise in Universal Life (UL) (understanding of policy mechanics, premium financing, and trust structures for HNW UHNW clients).
- Licensing: Relevant CMFAS modules (M5, M6, M8, M9, HI) or the ability to attain them immediately.
- Regulatory Standing: Must have a clean track record with MAS and current or past employers.

Preferred Skills
- Stable but stuck. You have a book of business but limited product diversity.
- Paperwork overload. You want to spend less time on ops and more on advising.
- Product-rich but restricted. You want to sell bonds AND structured notes AND UL without internal conflict.
