At Pernod Ricard Taiwan, we're transforming our business model to build a VIP Club. Our goal is to deliver Pernod Ricard's Ultra Prestige and Rare & Collectable champagne and spirits to the doorsteps of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) across the country/region.

To achieve this, we're looking for a Private Client Manager to play a critical role in the business model. As the primary point of contact for HNWIs, the Private Client Manager will drive VIP engagement and recruitment and foster brand advocacy for Ultra Prestige & Rare and Collectable products. The role requires building relationships with HNWIs and establishing direct social connections with consumer targets to drive purchases.

The Private Client Manager will serve as the key point of contact and will plan and implement business strategies to increase existing business while paying keen attention to Ultra Prestige and Rare & Collectable collection and capturing new opportunities by targeting HNWIs through nurturing key relationships and extending personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales management

  • Drive Sales of Ultra Prestige products & collectable pieces to Private Clients.
  • Achieve budget goals of Ultra Prestige and monitor performance of private client sales.
  • Plan & host experiences to maximize sales & conversion.

Client engagement

  • Recruit & build one-to-one Relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs)
  • Create, develop, and engage actively one-to-one with HWNIs, building strong relationships.
  • Infiltrate the HNWIs & Private Client world through the most relevant touchpoints.
  • Upgrade & retain key clients via clientelling, client engagement & strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Brand Companies & internal departments to implement recommended activations, brand strategy & engagement plan for HNWIs.
  • Data: build and maintain detailed client database with all contacts, qualifying and enriching the information on prospects and clients.
  • Activate clients via consumer engagement activities using PR Group solutions.

Job Requirements, desired background & experience:

• The ideal candidate already has an existing strong network of clients, interested in Champagne & Spirits

• The role requires a highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence others.

• Individual must have an existing database of clients from previous experience in the luxury sector.

• Schedule Flexibility: able to work evenings and weekends as required.
