Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech. Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan Ltd is currently seeking applicants for Principal Engr, EE to join our growing family. In this position, the successful candidate will work on PVD system maintenance, performance monitoring and continuous improvement. Coordinator and accomplish project.

What You Will Be Doing

  • PVD system (Sputter, Evaporator) maintenance. Equipment Preventive/Predict maintenance. Equipment troubleshooting
  • HVACV/Vacuum/Compressor system maintenance and operation.
  • Coordinator and accomplish project. Developing (investment and maintenance) budgets and ensuring investments and technical projects stay in line accordingly. Evaluating, selecting and ordering appropriate equipment for the products.
  • System performance monitoring and continuous improvement. Analyzing equipment performance and reliability to increase equipment uptime or resolve production issues if necessary. Monitors functional-specific trends and derive recommendations for their (incremental) improvements.
  • Boiler/Fire system maintenance and operation.
  • Training. Providing technical support and training to maintenance staff (e.g., with preventative maintenance programs). Providing local support and consultancy on dedicated subject matters or processes (e. g., as System Owner, Process Owner).
  • Supporting new equipment secondary distribution engineering.

What You Will Bring Along

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. ,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PVD system maintenance. 5
  • Able to use AUTOCAD drawing software.
  • High-pressure gas container operator, fire protection manager, or security supervisor certification is preferred.
