Job Description
- Lead customer-facing technical engagements for analog and mixed-signal solution.

- Act as the technical lead for analog and mixed-signal product lines, supporting customers from evaluation through production.
- Provide design-in assistance, system integration support, troubleshooting, and technical consultation.
- Analyse schematics, PCB layouts, reference designs, and evaluation platforms to identify and resolve implementation issues.
- Work closely with design, validation, and product engineering teams to improve product quality and customer experience.
- Create and maintain technical materials including application notes, datasheets, evaluation guides, and reference designs.
- Investigate complex system-level performance issues and drive root-cause analysis to closure.
- Manage customer-reported technical cases and verify corrective actions.
- Collect market feedback and customer requirements to influence future product enhancements and roadmap planning.
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical training sessions, and laboratory evaluations for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience in semiconductor applications, system engineering, or related technical roles.
- Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- USB and PCIe connectivity technologies
- UART, I²C, SPI, GPIO, RS-232, and RS-485 interfaces
- Power management solutions including PoL regulators, power modules, and PMICs
- Hands-on experience with validation, measurement, and debugging of analog and mixed-signal systems.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.
- Programming knowledge in Python preferred, with exposure to C and TCL considered advantageous.
- Skilled in using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analysers, protocol analysers, and BER testing tools.
- Excellent communication, customer-facing, problem-solving, and project ownership capabilities.
