Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Review all power team RD design status and meet the new project schedule.
- Help to solve the design bottleneck.
- Handle all old PSU RMA, to solve the issue
- Handle all PSU quality, including the new and mass production product.
- Review all PSU EN/ECN.
- Review and keep power solutions (551) every team job performance, include H/W RD, F/W RD, ME, TE, PE, QA, PM team.
- Work with PSU vendors closely to ensure the PSU develop schedule, production schedule and quality.
- Research and plan the new PSU technology, trend, specification.
Qualifications
- More than 10 years server PSU design experience.
- Design and mass production more than 20 projects.
- More than 10 years RD manager experience.
- Tire one PSU company manager experience.
