Responsibilities:
- Analyse current business processes (As-Is) and design optimised future-state workflows (To-Be).
- Gather, document, and structure business requirements through close stakeholder engagement.
- Lead end-to-end solution delivery from requirement definition through implementation and operational handover.
- Design, configure, and integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise systems.
- Explore and implement AI-driven use cases leveraging Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Design AI-powered agents and automation solutions, including knowledge search, internal support, and workflow augmentation.
- Prepare solution documentation and conduct end-user training to support adoption and change management.
Requirements:
- Diploma qualification or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis, workflow design, or process improvement.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and/or Power Automate.
- Strong capability in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and solution articulation.
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous business problems into practical and scalable solutions.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, or chatbot design is an added advantage.
