Responsibilities
- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
- Design and implement scalable data models using Microsoft Fabric.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Fabric Data Pipelines.
- Integrate data from SQL Server, SharePoint, REST APIs, Excel, and Azure Data Lake.
- Develop complex DAX measures, KPIs, and Power Query transformations.
- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy.
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and workspace governance.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and Product Owners to understand reporting requirements.
- Participate in requirement gathering, UAT support, and production deployments.
- Follow DevOps best practices using Azure DevOps and Git.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Power BI development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure ecosystem.
- Expertise in SQL, DAX, Power Query (M Language), and data modeling.
- Experience working with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and ADLS Gen2.
- Knowledge of Power BI Service administration and deployment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in Pharma, FMCG, or Sales & Distribution domain.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM).
- Microsoft Fabric or Power BI certifications.
