Our research group centers on sequential decision-making under uncertainty and its real-world applications. We aim to develop AI models that can learn from limited data and make robust decisions, with a particular interest in applications in robotics and finance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and develop state-of-the-art algorithms in various applications of reinforcement learning
- Collaborate with software engineers and research scientists to build cutting-edge RL models
Qualifications
- Candidates with experience in reinforcement learning or its applications are preferred
- Candidates with top-tier conference papers, including ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, CVPR, ICRA, KDD etc., relevant internship experience or winners of ACM competitions are preferred
- Proficient in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, and programming languages such as python
Salary
- PhD : Follow Academia Sinica guideline, ranging $20,000 - 60,000 NTD/month.
- Postdoctoral Researcher: Follow Academia Sinica guideline, starting from $64,000 NTD/month plus 1.5-month year-end bonuses and health insurance.
