The breast cancer research group in the Department of Anatomical and Cellular Pathology invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow / Research Associate position.
Applicants should have (i) a PhD degree (for Postdoctoral Fellow) or a Master's degree with at least five years of post-qualification experience in cancer research (for Research Associate) (ii) solid experience in cell biology, animal studies and other molecular biology techniques (iii) high motivation and commitment to scientific research and (iv) good knowledge in managing research data. Those with relevant experience in next generation sequencing and bioinformatics analysis will be an advantage.
The appointee will work with postgraduate students and research staff to conduct breast cancer research at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Shatin. He/She will also assist in writing academic reports, manuscripts and research grant proposals.
Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for one year, renewable subject to mutual agreement.

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) is a public research university in Shatin, Hong Kong, formally established in 1963 by a charter granted by the Legislative Council of Hong Kong.
