Job title: Post Sales Executive (Service)

Direct Manager: Service Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in service and sales-related activities within the company.
  • Act as an extension of the field service team to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Provide excellent organizational, administrative, and communication support, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Inventory & Parts Management: Monitor company inventory, perform stock-takes, check stock availability, and prepare parts for technicians/engineers.
  • Order Processing: Process purchase orders in the Navision system to generate service order confirmations; submit confirmations to service coordinators.
  • Email proforma invoices and service order confirmations to customers, and follow up on customer payments.
  • Instrument Support: Assist with instrument recalibration scheduling, coordination, and tracking to ensure timely maintenance and compliance.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on purchase orders, service orders, and inventory for management review.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics/engineering, preferably specialized in service and sales. Degrees in other fields are welcome.
  • Good in spoken and written English is a must, Good in spoken and written Mandarin is a plus.
  • Candidates with experience in handling paperwork and achieving customer satisfaction preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook etc.
  • Good attitude and shows responsibility.
  • Understanding of production and service/sales techniques, including production processes and sales analysis.
  • Able to work under pressure.
