This role is responsible for developing and executing equity investment strategies in the Taiwan stock market, ensuring compliance with regulations and risk management standards. It involves market analysis, client advisory, and timely response to market changes, while supporting team collaboration and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute equity investment strategies based on market trends, economic environment, and fund objectives, ensuring the portfolio meets risk management requirements and return targets.
- Continuously monitor the dynamics of the Taiwan stock market, conducting macroeconomic, industry trends, and stock analysis.
- Maintain close communication with clients, providing investment advice and reports. Address client inquiries and meet their needs to enhance client satisfaction and trust.
- Ensure all investment activities comply with relevant laws and company policies.
- Quickly respond to market emergencies, adjusting investment strategies to reduce risks and losses.
- Support tasks assigned by the department head and assist team members in research and analysis to ensure efficient team operations and achievement of performance goals.
Qualifications And Experience
- Education and Certification: Typically requires a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or related fields. An MBA or a master's degree in finance would be more competitive. Holding relevant financial certifications to demonstrate professional capability
- Investment Experience: At least 510 years of relevant experience in equity investment, with an in-depth understanding of the Taiwan stock market's operations, regulatory environment, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Communication Skills: Ability to assist department supervisors in effectively communicating with the team, clients, and senior management, explaining investment strategies and performance.
- Regulatory Familiarity: Understanding of Taiwan's securities trading regulations, such as the Securities and Exchange Act, insider trading prevention, and market manipulation regulations. Ensuring investment behaviors comply with internal compliance requirements and external regulatory standards.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Mandarin and English, capable of effectively interacting with local teams, clients, and multinational groups
