We are actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PMO professional to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, the PMO will be responsible for overseeing project governance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and driving the successful execution of initiatives across the organisation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimisation to support project delivery and continuous improvement.
Job Description
- Lead SIP-related special projects, including but not limited to launching new businesses, designing new P&L mechanisms, and driving cross-functional P&L or price competitiveness improvement initiatives
- Define clear project objectives, manage project progress, and achieve goals in a timely manner
- Allocate and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximise deliverables
- Prepare management reports for decision-makers and draw actionable insights from data to influence the strategy and performance of SIP business lines
- Work closely and proactively with relevant stakeholders to gather accurate and timely information, and escalate issues as necessary, in accordance with the project work plan
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Economics, Finance, Accountancy or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management is preferred.
- Strong analytical and data visualisation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. Proficiency in SQL is a plus for analysing large data sets
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and adaptability to change
- Prior involvement in the full spectrum of the project lifecycle, from framework design through to execution
- Able to work independently in a complex and diverse environment
