Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on BU level high impact programs
  • Project management:
    • Define key milestones/plan, ensure on time delivery of project/business objectives.
    • Steer and track functional workstreams to deliver expected results
  • Problem Solving
    • Define problem statement and project objective, collaborate with stakeholders/team to develop recommended path to achieve project target
  • Presentation and slide writing
    • Develop reporting storyline and align with workstream leaders/stakeholders. Develop executive messages with optimal choice of content and layout to illustrate. Support/lead leadership reporting to gain buy in on project proposal, and drive for agreed next step.

Experiences/Education - Required

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or other similar disciplines from reputable universities MBA is preferred but not required
  • 5 years of experiences in strategy, strategic planning, PMO, general management and other related functions in MNCs, high-tech, or business consulting industries
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking with good business acumen/commercial sense
  • Efficient project management/coordination skills, with strong communication skills
  • Outstanding presentation and slide writing skills (in both English and Chinese)
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functions and cultures
  • Independent self-starter, taking initiative to resolve issues and identify opportunities

Experiences/Education - Desired

    • Organizational agility - create alignment and action plans across departments to support team objectives.
