PMO/Business Analyst - Finance Industry

The PMO/Business Analyst (BA) - Finance Industry role supports senior directors and other managers in delivering IT consulting services to major banks and various financial institutions. Based in Singapore, the position covers client issue identification, IT solution proposals, project management, business analysis, and the preparation of key project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Identify client issues, develop proposals based on IT solutions, and perform related consulting activities

• Manage project progress and issues, and prepare reports or other project deliverables based on the assigned role

• Analyse business processes, develop business requirements, and produce related specifications according to the project role

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred

• Project management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), is preferred

• PMO and/or business analyst experience supporting commercial or corporate banking initiatives, with exposure to core banking domains such as deposits, loans, remittances, and trade finance

• Experience in investment banking or wealth management projects is also welcomed

• At least 3 years of experience in IT consulting or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience managing and driving system implementation projects as a PMO, or in operations planning as a business analyst, is preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability or willingness to engage with clients, identify issues, propose solutions, and persuade stakeholders

• Strong documentation skills, particularly in preparing project management deliverables
