Platform Support Engineer- II (Linux, Cloud & Middleware)

Key Deliverables:

1. Manage operations and stability of environments, ensuring compliance with best practices and established procedures.
2. Assist in identifying continuous improvements in processes and procedures.
3. Drive incident resolution during scheduled upgrade activities and tasks.
4. Collaborate with management to support projects and assist in incident investigation and resolution.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Support platform, SaaS, and component solutions, focusing on web technologies (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, OpenAM).
2. Administer and maintain environments with basic knowledge of RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
3. Work with relational database systems (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Oracle RAC) for maintenance and troubleshooting.
4. Utilize scripting/programming experience (Puppet, PowerShell, PERL, .NET, Python, UNIX Shell) to enhance operational processes.
