Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall architecture design and technology selection of the Devops platform/operation and maintenance platform, and formulating the technology development route 2. Lead the construction and integration of the Devops tool chain, including but not limited to CI/CD, configuration management, monitoring alarms, log analysis and other tools 3. Optimize and improve existing operation and maintenance processes, improve operation and maintenance efficiency and reduce operation and maintenance costs through automation and other methods 4. Responsible for the performance optimization, security reinforcement and high availability design of the platform to ensure the stable operation of the platform, write and maintain platform-related technical documents and operation manuals, and provide technical support and training.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer, software engineering or related majors, more than 5 years of operation and maintenance or Devops related work experience 2. Familiar with Linux operating system, common commands and tools, familiar with at least one programming language (such as Go, Python, Java, etc.), and have good coding skills 3. Be familiar with CI/CD tools, configuration management tools, and monitoring and alarm systems, and be familiar with at least one or two categories 4. Have good problem analysis and solving skills, strong learning ability and self-driving force 5. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to collaborate effectively with other teams. Bonus points: 1. Applicants with experience in building Devops platform/operation and maintenance platform are preferred 2. Applicants with experience in contributing to open source projects or active in communities are preferred 3. Applicants who are familiar with cloud computing platforms (such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.), and those with experience in cloud operation and maintenance are preferred.
