Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the product construction for international life service experts, including product function design focusing on the entry, growth, and delivery of goods by experts 2. Design a growth incentive system suitable for international life service experts, and be responsible for the revenue scale and product use experience of experts 3. Deeply understand the requirements for cooperation with merchant experts in overseas life service scenarios, explore the characteristics of expert cooperation, and promote large-scale cooperation with merchant experts through productization and platform-based methods to increase business scale 4. Establish an in-depth linkage mechanism with the operation team, and cooperate agilely with the technology, design, data analysis, and testing teams to efficiently promote the implementation of product solutions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of product experience 2. Product experience such as expert growth, expert service, incentive tasks, etc. is preferred 3. Solid basic product skills, strong user perspective, sensitive to product platform ease of use and user feedback 4. Have relatively convincing output in past experience, have classic cases of solving business problems through productization, and have strong goal orientation 5. Strong self-motivation, like challenges, constantly explore new industries and new solutions, and be able to provide in-depth and simple insights into business 6. Ability to communicate in English is a bonus, and experience in working in the international market is a plus.
