Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the company's internal international middle-end product design work, including but not limited to content security, operational efficiency, etc. 2. Participate in the full-process design work from product research, conception, solution implementation to continuous iteration 3. Rationally analyze scenarios, data and user demands, and combine user feedback and business needs to lead product experience 4. Continue to promote design optimization, improve product quality, explore new functions, and output product design specifications 5. Participate in the planning and construction of the platform's product design system, promote the construction and implementation of visual language, design specifications, component materials and other capability modules, improve the quality and efficiency of the team's design output, and continue to optimize product experience 6. Promote the improvement of workflow and collaboration mechanisms in the platform design system, as well as the management and sharing of team knowledge, and promote the long-term development of the design system work closely with the cross-functional team on the business side to promote the comprehensive promotion and implementation of the design system in platform products, and use design to drive business development.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3-5 years of ToB/SaaS/PaaS/tool product design experience pay attention to the design trends of modern enterprise-level software, and have full-link design capabilities (from interaction to polishing visual details) 2. Have good product thinking, clear logic, sharp thinking, and no self-limitation. At the same time, excellent communication and collaboration skills, keen on product experience research, good at breaking tradition and exploring innovative solutions 3. In-depth understanding of the relevant knowledge system of Design System, and have participated in the construction of design systems, or customized mature design languages and specifications. Applicants with design project management experience will be preferred 4. Have strong abstraction and systematic thinking, as well as excellent aesthetic and learning abilities, be responsible for output to high standards, and extremely pursue design details and quality 5. Proficient in the use of design tools such as Figma and design asset management. Applicants with relevant experience in design plug-in construction and front-end R&D background will be preferred 6.
