Responsibilities
Team introduction: The life service business relies on Douyin, Douyin Express Edition, to promote the connection between users and local services, allow more users to discover offline good places, and help local businesses expand their business positions. Platform governance is committed to creating a better life service ecosystem, improving the quality of merchants, content, and services, and creating a fair and reasonable operating environment. 1. Responsible for the back-end R&D work related to the governance of the life service platform, completing the architecture design and development of each system, supporting rapid business iteration, and ensuring service quality 2. Continuously iterate and optimize the system to improve performance, availability and scalability 3. Form in-depth collaboration with products and apply technology to business scenarios 4. Promote technology and product innovation to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer-related majors, in-depth understanding of computer principles, and a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms 2. In-depth understanding of Linux systems and their principles, familiar with TCP/IP, HTTP protocols and network programming in-depth understanding of object-oriented development, and good system analysis and design capabilities 3. Excellent coding and engineering architecture capabilities, good documentation habits, and the ability to design and perform performance optimization of medium to large systems 4. Proficient in at least one language such as Java/Go/C/C++/Python on the Linux platform 5. Proficient in the use of common storage technologies such as MySQL/Redis/ES, message middleware and other distributed system middleware, and familiar with their working principles and optimization methods 6. Have strong business demand analysis and problem locating abilities, and be able to communicate efficiently have strong learning ability and initiative, full enthusiasm for work, and have the courage to challenge 7. Have an audit system, a risk control system, and relevant experience in the O2O industry will be preferred.
