Job Summary: To lead and manage all aspects of plant operations, ensuring world-class manufacturing performance, customer satisfaction, and alignment with Delta's strategic goals. The Plant Manager will drive operational excellence, quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the factory. Job Description: - Oversee daily plant operations including production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and logistics. - Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational KPIs: OEE, yield, delivery performance, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and corporate standards. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. - Collaborate with BU/BG teams to support new product introduction (NPI), capacity expansion, and technology upgrades. - Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for operational and quality issues. - Monitor and report plant performance metrics to senior management. - Support internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits. - Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and innovation within the factory. - Manage plant P&L, budgeting, and resource allocation. Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (Master's degree is a plus). - Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in electronics or automotive industries. - Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale plant operations. - Strong knowledge of quality systems, lean manufacturing, and project management. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Fluent in English additional languages (e.g., Chinese) are an advantage
