Business & Factory Planning: Direct and manage comprehensive operational planning for the factory, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Production Planning: Formulate and optimize master production schedules (MPS) to ensure maximum output, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Oversee raw material procurement and supply plans to ensure steady material availability while maintaining optimized inventory levels.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with production, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and balance capacity constraints.
Requirements:
Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a planning management or supervisory role specifically within poultry processing plants or chicken integration factories.
Food Safety Standards: In-depth knowledge, technical expertise, and certified training in global food safety management systems, including GMP, HACCP, and BRC.
Quality Management Systems: Deep expertise and certified training in corporate quality management standards, specifically ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System).
Leadership & Analytical Skills: Strong strategic planning capabilities, numerical accuracy, and the ability to drive efficiency under factory operational pressures.
