Planning Manager
-Develop, manage, and optimize the company's Master Production Schedule (MPS) and MRP based on customer orders, forecasts, and lead times.
-Align material and capacity plans to ensure on-time customer delivery while minimizing excess inventory and material shortages.
-Coordinate with HQ Supply Chain to manage global material requirements and inbound logistics for multiple project timelines.
-Lead BOM validation and material cost control, ensuring alignment with project budgets and no overstock or overconsumption.
-Supervise the Assembly Planning Supervisor and Fabrication Planning Supervisor to ensure effective capacity balancing across departments.
-Monitor production flow and proactively resolve planning conflicts, delays, or material constraints.
-Monitor production progress and material supply status, proactively identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
-Establish and improve SOPs for production and material planning, integrating automation or digital tools where applicable.
-Analyze supply chain risks and create contingency plans to mitigate delivery or production interruptions.
-Define and track KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, material accuracy, and planning adherence.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, QA, production, and sales to align business and operational needs.
-Collaborate with the procurement team to manage supplier delivery performance and drive supply chain resilience initiatives.
-Coach and develop the planning team to enhance performance, flexibility, and leadership pipeline.
-Continuously improving planning processes and system tools to enhance automation and digitalization levels.
-Lead the planning team by setting performance objectives, developing professional capabilities, and improving overall operational efficiency.
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
-At least 8 years of experience in manufacturing planning management, including 3+ years as a Master Planner. Candidates with backgrounds in precision optics, optoelectronics, semiconductors, or high-end equipment manufacturing are preferred.
-Proficient in supply chain planning theory with exceptional data analysis and logical reasoning skills.
-Outstanding cross-functional communication, project management, and decision-making abilities to effectively drive solutions for complex challenges.
-Strong knowledge of inventory control, supply planning, and global supply chain coordination.
-Strategic vision and business acumen, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.
-Exceptional team leadership skills, effectively motivating and developing team members.
-Skilled in ERP systems, MS Excel, and planning tools (Power BI, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
-Strong English reading and writing skills candidates proficient in English as a working language are preferred.
