Job Responsibilities
- Conducted construction planning and constructability analyses for major infrastructure projects, including rail transit, highways, bridges, commercial developments, and water/environmental engineering works.
- Developed and reviewed project schedules using MS Project and Primavera P6 to optimize project timelines and resource allocation.
- Evaluated procurement and contracting strategies in alignment with project design outcomes and client procurement requirements.
- Prepared tender documents, technical specifications, and contract packages to support project delivery.
- Assessed construction methods, site logistics, and temporary works plans to enhance project feasibility and execution efficiency.
Qualifications
- Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Hydraulic Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
- Skilled in civil engineering planning, design, project proposal development, tender preparation, and engineering drawing interpretation.
- Proficient in preparing technical drawings, tender documentation, and construction-related project deliverables.
- Working knowledge of project scheduling tools such as MS Project and Primavera P6.
- Familiarity with civil infrastructure, water resources, building construction, and MEP engineering projects.
- Possess a valid motorcycle and passenger vehicle driver's license.
- Suitable for both experienced professionals and junior engineers seeking structured training and career development opportunities.
