Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project programmes, including baseline schedules, updates, and progress monitoring.
- Develop and control project work schedules covering building works, M&E systems, and process systems from design through construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Estimate activity durations and resource requirements for key construction works.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
- Prepare technical submissions for tender proposals.
- Coordinate site planning activities, work scheduling, and monitor project implementation progress.
- Develop and manage RI/TOP schedules and oversee the project handover process.
- Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims and supporting documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in construction planning for building-related facilities and industrial building projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, including developing project schedules, coordinating with clients, and generating planning and progress reports.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, resource planning, progress tracking, and construction methodologies.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
