We are seeking an experienced PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) SME to serve as the technical authority for a large-scale identity migration engagement. The ideal candidate will lead migration activities, provide technical leadership, resolve complex IAM challenges, and ensure the successful, secure delivery of the solution. This is a hands-on role requiring deep expertise in PingOne AIC (formerly ForgeRock Identity Cloud) and modern Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will lead migration activities, provide technical leadership, resolve complex IAM challenges, and ensure the successful, secure delivery of the solution.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical SME for PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) during migration and implementation projects.
- Lead end-to-end migration activities from legacy IAM platforms to PingOne AIC.
- Design, configure, and implement secure authentication, authorization, SSO, and identity federation solutions.
- Develop and customize authentication journeys, user flows, and access policies.
- Integrate PingOne AIC with enterprise applications using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM, and REST APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity, authentication, federation, and migration issues.
- Perform hands-on configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure seamless integrations.
- Ensure IAM solutions adhere to security best practices, compliance requirements, and organizational standards.
- Create technical documentation, migration plans, architecture diagrams, and knowledge transfer documents.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions to drive solution quality.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Total Experience: 8+ Years
- Relevant experience in PingOne AIC / ForgeRock Identity Cloud and enterprise IAM implementations.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) (formerly ForgeRock Identity Cloud).
- Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
- Experience with:
- SAML 2.0
- OAuth 2.0
- OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- SCIM
- REST APIs
- Strong troubleshooting and migration experience in enterprise IAM environments.
- Experience implementing secure authentication, authorization, SSO, and identity federation solutions.
