【job Description】
- Focus on new product and method development for metallization process through working with RD Chemists and RD Process Engineers as a team lead.
- Ensure the highest safety and 5S+1 principle in place.
- Provide technical oversight of project work, improve data turnaround rate and secure highly-consistent data.
- Accountable for capital project planning and execution.
- Work with external partners to upgrade infrastructures and capabilities.
【required Qualifications】
- Bachelor degree and above in Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering field.
- Minimum of 5 years of product development, process engineering and/ or production supervisor experience.
- Track record of facility management and project management.
- Good knowledge about PCB process & industry is a plus.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of overall Quality Management, SPC, Six Sigma, MSA, Gauge R&R.
