• Assist the Principal Physiotherapist in developing & managing the physiotherapy services
• Evaluate patient as a basis for planning and implementing an appropriate treatment plan
• Supervise and be a mentor to Physiotherapist II
• Supervise Physiotherapy Assistant & Administrative Assistant
• Plan and deliver training for physiotherapist and other health care professionals
• Administer therapeutic interventions to alleviate impairment of functional limitations and to maximize optimal recovery
• Provide patient and family/ career education
• Initiate and implement patient discharge planning
• Initiate and recommend other rehab disciplines when appropriate assistant and participation are needed in quality improvement projects of the hospital
• Shift duty is required
• Any other duty as assigned by the Principal physiotherapist

• Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy a post-graduate qualification is an advantage
• Holder of Certificate of Registration Part 1a with valid practising certificate issued by the Physiotherapists Board of Hong Kong
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in a hospital setting, and3 years experience in stroke Rehab and possessing relevant training
• Commitment to quality patient care service
• Strong counselling skills
• Flexible, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good ability of written and spoken in both English and Chinese
