Apple is looking for a Process Engineer of Photo Lithography process development.

He/she has to handle litho process equipment or material. He/she should develop the process with the product request and is capable to fine tune the process for better product performance. Meanwhile, also proceed R&D works together with cross-region teams.

Description
As a Process Engineer, you will need to tune process flow to fulfill the production condition and support equipment operation/modification for product request.

Work closely with the cross-functional team across multiple regions to develop the new panel device that enable the best display performance of products.

Support RD line equipment operation and survey method for new request.

Define process and design rule for platform.

Photo process fine tune for new product development and mass production.

Trouble-shooting between RD-level and production-level application

Responsibilities
  • As a PH team engineer, he/she must be in charge of:
  • Build design and process rule for every platform
  • Support litho line process and metrology equipment operation and development.
  • Communicate with project team and design team members. Support design review, process development and trouble shooting
  • Cooperate with equipment and material suppliers to build technical network
  • Improve fab capacity by equipment retrofit ideas.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires MS degree in Chemical engineering, Material Science, or engineering department
  • Experienced with Photolithography process or equipment tuning more than 3 years.
  • Experienced with handling lithography process equipment and metrology equipment more than 2 years.
  • Self-motivated and willing to take challenge to new technology.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Required basic knowledge of display or semiconductor concept and manufacture
  • Experienced with fab running mode and risk assessment.
  • English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Nice to have AI tool experience on working efficiency improvement or system management.
