Report to: Head of Global Sales ZEISS Medical Technology - Ophthalmology
Main Tasks
- Coordinate meetings, business appointments, travel arrangements effectively and efficiently.
- Liaise with internal and external parties in different time zones for business arrangement proactively and independently.
- To prepare and follow up project status by working closely with different team members.
- Validate, leverage necessary information to ensure communication efficiency with various parties.
- Serve as a helping hand driving special projects or events when needed.
- Support ad hoc project as required.
Requirements
Education
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field.
Experience
- 5+ years experience in relevant role.

- Capable of handling multitasks, to communicate efficiently and cross-functionally with all levels around the globe.
- Ability to identify sensitive and confidential information and to handle with integrity.
- Responsible, well-organised, detail-minded, excellent time management and good analytical skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motived, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
