Job Description

Report to: Head of Global Sales ZEISS Medical Technology - Ophthalmology

Main Tasks

  • Coordinate meetings, business appointments, travel arrangements effectively and efficiently.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties in different time zones for business arrangement proactively and independently.
  • To prepare and follow up project status by working closely with different team members.
  • Validate, leverage necessary information to ensure communication efficiency with various parties.
  • Serve as a helping hand driving special projects or events when needed.
  • Support ad hoc project as required.

Requirements

Education

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field.

Experience

  • 5+ years experience in relevant role.

Other skills

  • Capable of handling multitasks, to communicate efficiently and cross-functionally with all levels around the globe.
  • Ability to identify sensitive and confidential information and to handle with integrity.
  • Responsible, well-organised, detail-minded, excellent time management and good analytical skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motived, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
