Job Description

A HK listed company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior leadership
  2. Assist with office operations as well as personal and family-related matters
  3. Manage household tasks and coordinate family responsibilities for executives
  4. Handle business communications, including phone calls, correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, proposals, and confidential documents
  5. Prepare documentation and materials for meetings with staff and business partners
  6. Coordinate and organize meetings and schedules for top management
  7. Draft and translate correspondence in both English and Chinese
  8. Support various ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

  1. Degree holder in any discipline
  2. A minimum of 5 years experience as a secretary or personal assistant
  3. AchievedGrade4(HKDSE)ishighlypreferred
  4. Proven experience in handling both office administration and household/family matters is highly advantageous
  5. Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
  6. Mature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese numerical and analytical skills are an advantage
  8. Immediate availability is preferred
