The role is to support Commercial Excellence team in accelerating E2E data processing, automation, and reporting efficiency, with a strong focus on reducing manual workload and improving data reliability. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a wide variety of hard and soft skills. The required profile should be strong in data processing, automation, and analysis tools, with the ability to handle large datasets and streamline reporting workflows.
【Candidate Profile】
- Strong hands-on experience in Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query, VBA is a plus)
- Solid experience in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard building)
- Experience in handling large datasets and messy data environments
- Proven ability to automate repetitive reporting processes
- Detail-oriented with strong data validation and cleaning skills
- Able to work independently and deliver under fast-paced environment
- Experience in FMCG / distribution / sales data (sell-in, sell-out, inventory) is a plus
- Proactive team-player and an autonomous problem solver / a solution finder.
