【Client Description】
Responsible for sales order management, returns processing, inland logistics coordination, inventory accuracy, and system operations. The role ensures smooth order fulfillment, compliant logistics processes, accurate inventory, and effective communication with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners.
【Candidate Profile】
- 5+ years of experience in customer services, order taking and logistics. With supply chain operations experience is a plus, preferably within FMCG.
- Proficiency in JDE or similar ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
